What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes!Please cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Once UPS/Fedex has been picked up from our warehouse, the order will not be cancelled until you receive it. Please contact us before your return back.

Do you have a low-price guarantee?

Within twenty-one (21) days of purchase, if you find the identical item at any other store in our service area for a lower price, bring us the ad or other verification and we will match the price. Low-Price Guarantee does not apply to custom orders, clearance items, floor models, rebates, discontinued merchandise, or online shopping sites.

What payment modes do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: 1. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover) and Affirm. 2. Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law.

What is the shipping policy?


Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across America every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

 The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time. Processing time:shipping within 48 hours.Shipping time:we provide different methods for different products categories. Your shipping time will be affected by the shipping method you specified.

How much do you charge for shipping?

How will my order be delivered?

If your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you will not be able to schedule a delivery date or opt for additional delivery service options. You will receive an e-mail with an estimated delivery date and tracking information allowing you to track your shipment.

If your order is shipped via one of our specialized third-party furniture carriers, you will be contacted by them to schedule a delivery date and time window.

We work closely with all our third-party delivery partners to ensure your delivery is expertly handled. Your furniture will be safely packed and professionally delivered. 

You will be notified when your shipment has left the warehouse and, depending on the type of delivery assigned to your order, you will either be provided tracking info or contacted directly by the delivery courier to confirm a scheduled delivery date.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

About 8-10 business days in USA!(Excludes Hawaii and Alaska)

How do I track my shipment?

After your order has left our local warehouse, you will receive an email notification. Depending on the type of delivery assigned to your order, you will either be provided with the tracking information or be contacted to confirm a scheduled delivery date. My home is not ready. Can you hold off the dispatch of my items?

By default, we dispatch products from our warehouse as soon as they are available to ship. However, we understand that you may sometimes require special arrangements. For such requests, you may reply directly to the order confirmation email and we will respond to your request within two business days.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return my order?

If you don’t like your BSHTI furniture within 30 days of receipt, please send us an email at We’ll then walk you through the return process and provide you with return labels for each of the boxes. We’ll also schedule a pickup via UPS.

How long does it take to be refunded?

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be issued within 1 weeks of the completion of BSHTI’s return process.

Are there any limitations on Bshti accepting a return?

Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged by the customer with scratches, stains, drilling or any other modifications.


What is my Bshti warranty?

Star trusts the quality of the Bshti we sell! However, in the event you have any issues with your Bshti, our Customer Care Center will assist you with your warranty process. For the warranty process, Star follows the manufacturer's guidelines. Warranties protect you from manufacturers' defects. The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or comfort. For further details, please review the warranty card of your product.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

Yes, we do. Warranty period differs with each product. You may view the warranty coverage available for each product in the Product Info section of the product page. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received.

Our warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferrable, nor does it apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.

How do I claim my warranty?

Easy! Just email us at and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 2 business days.
