When can I expect my shipment?
Deliveries are generally made within an 8am – 6pm time frame. You will be provided with a 3-hour delivery window via email the day before delivery for all standard service areas.
Must I be present during the time of delivery?
No. Your items will be placed in front of your door and you will receive an email notification with a picture indicating delivery.
Where will my furniture be placed with Outdoor Drop Off?
For single family homes, items will be placed outside of the front door or garage.
For apartment buildings, items will be placed outside the apartment’s front door. Elevator is required if delivery is above two flights of stairs.
Does Outdoor Drop Off include pickup and removal of my old mattress?
No, pickup and removal of used mattresses is not included as part of Outdoor Drop Off. Instead, if you are purchasing a new mattress from BSHT.Inc and want pick and removal of your used mattress, you should select either Indoor Drop Off or Full-Service Delivery.
What happens if my package is stolen?
Once your Outdoor Drop Off order has been delivered, BSHT.Inc will email you a notification of delivery which will include a link to a photo of the delivery. Once delivered, BSHT.Inc is not liable for theft or damage. In the case of theft, you should contact your local authorities.
What if it is raining or snowing?
In the case of inclement weather such as rain or snow, BSHT.Inc may attempt to deliver your order in an area protected from the elements (e.g. covered porch). Alternatively, BSHT.Inc may attempt to contact you to deliver via Indoor Drop Off. If neither option is available, your delivery may need to be rescheduled.

- If you buy more than one item, each item will ship separately.
- UPS Ground shipping is available in the Continental US only.
Parcel Shipping FAQ
What items are delivered via Parcel Shipping?
Select furniture and accessory items will ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS (Ground or Freight). A separate tracking number will be provided by UPS, but you may track your entire order using the BSHT.Inc’ tracking tool.
Is Parcel Shipping free?
Yes. Enjoy free Parcel Shipping nationwide for all our rugs, pillows, wall art, other home accessories, and select furniture items. No minimum amount is required.
May I request Parcel Shipping?
No need to request it. Items available for Parcel Shipping will automatically be setup for Parcel Shipping when you checkout.
